We should be a part of our customers’ lives and the communities in which we serve.” Little Chef story starts in New Delhi, India with two brothers, Karan and Kunal. We opened first Little Chef quick service restaurant in 2007, embracing Urban-style Kathi Rolls with the required authentic feel along with Chinese as cuisine. They combined their special recipes with fresh ingredients, putting a Little Chef style twist on traditional Rolls, Momos & Chinese Cuisine. This old-school Kathi Rolls with upgraded nutrition and urban twist was a hit, and Little Chef only grew from there. We introduced Indian as cuisine in 2011. Little Chef believes in feel-good Rolls, and that means going beyond the bite. In addition to providing our neighborhoods with sumptuous, all-natural Rolls along with our super hit momos, chinese and Indian Cuisine , we also play an active role in the community. Each year, we donate thousands of meals to provide best possible way to serve community. Serving up happiness is the goal in mind. We firmly believe in innovation. Little Chef's outlets are changing from regular kitchen setup to totally automated kitchens with minimal human intervention required. Hygiene perspective and ease of operations will be two major goals which will be achieved in this automated kitchen and will help customers to rejoice the sumptuous meals more quickly.
